The food is truly one of the best you'll ever eat. Period.

Fiesta is a restaurant, hidden between the many store fronts of the busy Atlantic Street and can be easily missed, by car or on foot. It is inconspicuous and would even pass for a less-than-desirable food joint. While it may lack the posh appearance of expensive and trendy restaurants on the outside, Fiesta's food is unrivaled and the atmosphere inside is not unlike a traditional family Latin American home. Even the aroma from the frfeshly prepared masterpieces goes around the place, like it used to do from grandma's kitchen.

The specialty of the restaurant, concocted in the small kitchen, just behind the service bar, is the Lomo or Pollo Saltado (Saut?ed Beef or Chicken). It is served over saut?ed onions and peppers and French Fries (one thing that always amazes me is how good the fries are, even though they are soaked in vegetable juices and are far from the crispy fries we know from the fast food joints). A bowl of white rice is also served on the side.

Nowthe secret. Possibly the most important part of it all (I mean, chicken is chicken after all, what can be so special)& It's the sauce!!!

Its a sauce like no othera mustard-like color, almost too liquid, this sauce is out-of-this-world. Our repeated attempts to ask for the recipe on all languages that are known to mankind were greeted with a polite smile. All we know is that there is lettuce, eggs, maybe mustard& but that's about as far as we went. It is really a panacea for any tasteany meal can taste heavenly with this sauce. Absolutely, positively prepare to keep ordering more.

Fiesta has a good menu with other items, but it is our preference that Pollo Saltado is a definite winner.

A great compliment to any dinner is a pitcher of sangria. Just one advice thoughthis thing goes down so easy that you'll never know what hit you... You MUST have a designated driver and itss probably not a good idea to do it during lunch.? :)

Unfortunately, they don't deliver, but you can order in advance and pick up when you get there.
