Health and Wellness Expo 2010
Eager to learn the latest trends and programs in healthy living, visitors navigated through 96 diverse exhibits and met experts in all areas of wellness at the Hilton Stamford Hotel, May 26, for the Health & Wellness Expo 2010 presented by The Vita Cleanse and hosted by the Greenwich Young Professionals Group. On tap were Zumba, fitness and dancing demonstrations, a healthy living fashion show, a wide assortment of nutritious foods from top restaurants, markets and caterers and a large selection of beverages from non-alcoholic drinks to wines from organic vineyards.
