What is Stamford's Mill River really like? What makes the river change and how does change happen? Who and what lives here? How do they react to change?

Much of the positive change along the river is a result of the City of Stamford's long-standing desire to preserve and restore the Mill River Greenway, around which the City was built. The yin/yang, of course, is that the building of the City caused much of the negative change.

This album records events along the river beginning in 2003, is covering the USACE restoration project, beginning in 2009, and then is intended go on to see what happens next.
