Conversations in Paint

Norwalk Community College curator Susan Hardesty has announced that Stamford-based fine artist and poet Iyaba Ibo Mandingo, will be exhibiting paintings in both of NCC’s art galleries, in celebration of Black History Month. Titled “Conversations in Paint,” his series WAR will be shown in the East Gallery and concerns visions of war in many countries.

Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For further information, please call 203/857-7197. The East Campus Gallery is located on Norwalk Community College’s East Campus at 188 Richards Avenue, Norwalk, Connecticut, 06854. The NCC West Campus Community Gallery is located on the first floor of the West Campus building. Admission is free.
