The Nurse is In: Free Health Education and Blood Pressure Screening
A Greenwich Hospital nurse will be available to answer health questions and to check blood pressure at several sites in and around Greenwich as indicated by the schedule below.
High blood pressure is a major risk factor for kidney disease, coronary heart disease, heart attack, stroke, and other serious illnesses. As symptoms often do not occur until years of uncontrolled and undetected hypertension have already damaged an organ, community residents are encouraged to take advantage of a free blood pressure screening and learn their numbers today. The Nurse is In is a free program of Community Health at Greenwich Hospital
