The Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum will present “Explorations in Form & Space,” featuring works by David Dunlop, Katherine Draper, and Kerry Brock, June 11 – Sept. 10, 2010, opening reception and conversation with the artists, June 11, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
David Dunlop is a renowned landscape painter, art historian, lecturer, teacher and national television host. His soft canvases are reminiscent of the Hudson River School and the lush landscapes of Europe. Dunlop’s innovative technique -- 23kt gold leaf painted on linen, copper and aluminum -- has earned him much recognition and a considerable following.
