Meditation Classes
As part of Bartlett Arboretum's commitment to providing natural and healthful programs to the community, the Bartlett is very pleased to offer a brand new Introductory Series on Meditation. Meditation and its very healing effects is a topic most of us have heard of, but few of use understand and benefit from.
This successful class series is taught by Stamford resident, Jennifer Simon who has been practicing Meditation for over 20 years and teaching for over 10 years.
A gifted and dedicated meditation teacher for more than 10 years, she has taught, mentored, and inspired students ranging from senior executives to U.S. Military Special Forces personnel, police, paramedics, NYC Firemen, homemakers, and students. She has also taught meditation to troubled teens and children, as well in a corporate environment.
Meditation brings peace and clarity to your mind. It helps you stay focused on what is important to you, and gets you get to sleep at night. This special class is specifically designed to demystify this powerful tool that can help each of us deal with the stress and challenges of our
lives, families, jobs, etc. Beginners welcome! Come to one class, or attend them all.
