Stamford Center for the Arts' ReachOut was created to insure that all members of our regional community have the opportunity to participate in the arts and utilize the tremendous facilities SCA offers. ReachOut does this through programs that provide opportunities to attend the theater and participate in programs that enhance awareness of the arts in the community, and arts-exposure programs for students that challenge and nurture the next generation of artists, writers, actors, dancers, musicians and theatergoers.

Established in 1992, Picture That, LLC, is a Stamford, Connecticut-based company that promotes cultural inclusion and diversity through the arts by offering Corporations, Non-Profit Organizations, Religious Institutions and Private Collectors three primary services: Cultural Fine Art, Rotating Awareness Exhibits and Cultural Inclusion Consulting Services. The company is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the Connecticut Minority Supplier Development Council (CMSDC) and the State of Connecticut.

The Palace Theatre and Rich Forum, at 61 and 307 Atlantic Street, respectively, are conveniently located in downtown Stamford, Connecticut, just a few blocks from I-95 (New England Thruway/Connecticut Turnpike) and the railroad station (Metro North New Haven Line from Grand Central Terminal) and five miles from Long Ridge Road and High Ridge Road exits of the Merritt Parkway.

The Palace Theatre and Rich Forum are wheelchair accessible.
