Palmer Hill Partners recently broke ground on the second phase of construction at Palmer Hill, Stamford’s premier luxury new community. More than 70 prospective homeowners toured select model residences and the site for Phase Two, which will feature 16 new townhomes with various layouts and 27 garden condominiums in the new South Building.
