WATERBURY, CT - Webster Bank, a leading regional bank serving businesses and consumers from metro New York to Boston, Mass., has won two Greenwich Associates Excellence Awards in Middle Market Banking for distinctive overall satisfaction in service.

Of more than 750 banks of all sizes evaluated, 34 stood out for distinctive quality – with Webster Bank earning honors in the National Overall Client Satisfaction and Northeast Regional Overall Client Satisfaction categories. This national recognition of outstanding achievement is based on interviews with nearly 14,000 middle market companies from across the country. The banks selected received a statistically significant proportion (95% or better) of “excellent” ratings above the average.
