Alice in Wonderland
Award-winning Bits ‘n Pieces Puppet Theater takes you on a fantasy journey with Alice and all of her friends through Lewis Carroll’s beloved story, “Alice in Wonderland”. Take a trip down the rabbit whole, have tea with her zany friends -- the Cheshire Cat, the wicked Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter and the very cool Caterpillar -- and share the delight of live theater with children of all ages on Saturday, March 20, at 11 a.m. or 2 p.m. This event is part of the Pepsi Children’s Series. Media sponsor is 98Q, WLAD & Oldies 850.

GIANT nine-foot-tall puppets play, sing and dance on stage as Alice escapes her boredom with this world and enters a world full of wonder. Lavishly costumed characters craft crazy adventures as they tell the tale in Lewis Carroll’s mythical setting – Wonderland! This family musical extravaganza is an exuberant event brimming with merriment and fun. Children from the audience even have guest roles performing on stage right alongside the Cheshire Cat, the Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter and other colorful characters Alice has in her entourage. This show’s Union Savings Bank "Arts for Everyone" recipient is Hispanic Center of Greater Danbury.
