The results are in from Stamford Downtown’s Bandapalooza on Bedford Street Battle of the Bands. Six bands competed at Bandapalooza on Bedford Street on June 2 and 16 and the winners will open at Alive@Five in Stamford Downtown this summer.
Black Taxi vs. The Would Coulda Shouldas,Winner: Black Taxi to open for Third Eye Blind on June 23.
Stalking Sally vs. The Mike Cusato Band, Winner: Stalking Sally to open for Lee DeWyze on June 30
The Mad Things featuring The Good Doctor vs. The Adam Currie Band, Winner The Mad Things featuring The Good Doctor to open for MC Hammer on July 7.
Bandapalooza on Bedford Street waspresented by Stamford Downtown and the City of Stamford in partnership with Dos Equis, Newcastle Brown Ale and 95.9 The Fox and is also sponsored by The Advocate, Crystal Rock, Sound Magazine, WSTC/WNLK radio station, Fairfield County Weekly, and Happyhaha Photography.
