Calling for entries to BandJam 2013! Middle and high school rockers should go to RidgefieldBandJam.org to find out how to enter the Ridgefield BandJam 2013 battle of the bands before the entry deadline of Sunday, February 23.
All details are on this Web site. Live tryouts for 16 semi-finalist bands will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 11, for middle school bands, and on Tuesday, March 12, for high school bands.
The American-Idol style competition will take place at The Ridgefield Playhouse on Sunday, April 28, at 4 p.m. The Music Shed will again provide musical direction for the contestants.
Now in its fourth year, BandJam 2013 is underwritten by Unreal Candy Unjunked and sponsored by The Music Shed, Enchanted Gardens Studios and The Guitar Center with media sponsor WPLR 99.1fm.
