Among the nearly sold-out audience members at comedian Ron White’s 9:30 p.m. show at The Ridgefield Playhouse on Thursday, November 15, will be some National Guardsmen from Connecticut who have been in Ridgefield to help so many residents who lost power, shelter and creature comforts during Hurricane Sandy. The Ridgefield Playhouse gave tickets to this popular show to 16 guardsmen who helped with the relief efforts. This will be an opportunity for ticket holders to stop by and say “thank you” in person.
Scotch drinking funnyman from the “Blue Collar Comedy” phenomenon, Ron White, will bring his Moral Compass Tour to The Ridgefield Playhouse in two shows. A handful of tickets remain for the 7 p.m. performance, and a few tickets are still available for White’s 9:30 p.m. act. Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White has two Grammy® nominations, a Gold Record, three of the top rated one-hour TV specials in Comedy Central history, a book that appeared on the New York Times Best Seller List, and CD and DVD sales upwards of 10 million.
Ron’s show is sponsored by Gardella's Elite Limousine and Cellar Door Bistro (Main St., Ridgefield) with media sponsor 99.1fm WPLR and 95.9fm The Fox and is part of the Clark Construction Comedy Series.
