Jan 4, 2010 - 6:11 PM

The Winter 2010 session at Curtain Call is scheduled to run the week of January 25 to the week of March 22, 2010. The theatre is also proud to offer the fourth session of their Winterstock program: a full-day curriculum in the performing arts for ages six to sixteen, where each day introduces a new theme and topic. This program will take place February 15 to 18, 2010 (when most area public schools have their winter break).

For kids, teens and adults...

The theatre's workshops for kids are designed to create a non-pressure environment where students can build social skills and learn to work as a team. Games, exercises and scene-work center around the group working as an ensemble. Improv, music, movement and story-telling exercises lay the foundation for understanding plot and characters, while providing structure for fun and exciting social interaction.

Teens and “tweens” can enjoy a more advanced level of classes designed not only to build social interaction and confidence, but also creative instincts and trust in their own ideas as well as their fellow actors.

There are also programs for adults! Curtain Call offers Master Classes that allow experienced performers to hone their skills, while creating a comfortable and encouraging environment for new-comers.

CURTAIN CALL OFFERS SOME OF THE BEST TUITION RATES AROUND. The theatre also offers payment installment plans and need-based scholarships for students and families (contact the Education Director for details).
