In advance of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Presents Fully Charged performances at Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport Oct. 18 – 21, Ringling Bros. clowns Joel Jeske and Watson Kawecki will bring an all-new surge of circus entertainment to the Norwalk Public Library on Friday, September 28 at 10:30 a.m. During the story time, they will read Olivia Saves the Circus by Ian Falconer while delivering megawatts of fun for Children Of All Ages. This is a free library program being held in Norwalk at 1 Belden Avenue in the 2 floor auditorium.
