The Ridgefield Playhouse will be celebrating Valentine’s Day in style with a Gala Champagne Fundraiser on Thursday, February 14, starring Best Pop Male Artist Grammy® Award Winner Michael Bolton, known for his sensational vocal chops and songwriting talents with hits “How Am I Supposed to Live Without You”, “When a Man Loves a Woman” and so many more. A buffet dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. along with a complimentary glass of champagne and a rose (for the ladies). Michael Bolton has sold upwards of 53 million albums and singles and has won countless awards.
He has performed with musical icons Luciano Pavarotti and B.B. King, and his songs have been recorded and performed by more than 100 artists ranging from Kanye West to Mark Anthony.
The buffet dinner courtesy of Bissell House, Ridgefield Prime, Some Things Fishy Catering and Southwest Café starts at 6:30 p.m. along with a chocolate dessert fountain provided by Deborah Ann's Sweet Shoppe and cookies from Whistle Stop Bakery. Everyone receives a glass of champagne, and each woman receives a rose from Rodier Flowers.

Michael Bolton (originally from New Haven and now a resident of Westport, CT whose partner is the actress Nicollette Sheriden) continues to tour the world every year while writing, recording and taping for a wide array of music, film, television and theater projects. The beginning of 2013 is going to be big for Michael Bolton, who will release a new album, Ain’t No Mountain High Enough – A Tribute To Hitsville U.S.A., on February 26. In January, he also releases his autobiography, The Soul of it All: My Music My Life (Center Street/Hachette Book Group), in which Bolton offers a backstage pass into a fascinating life journey from anonymity to a world-renowned music career.
