Continue the holly and the jolly in January with the Norwalk Public Library System. Donate non-perishable food items in exchange for half off of fines, Wednesday, January 2 through Thursday, January 31, 2013, at either the Main Library, 1 Belden Avenue or the South Norwalk Branch, 10 Washington Street. The donations will benefit the Christian Community Action pantry.
