With a unique sound that is reminiscent of the stars of the ‘70s such as Bob Dylan, Tom Petty and The Grateful Dead, Tea Leaf Green has built strong following consistently filling seats across the country and being warmly received at key venues including Bonnaroo, Wakarusa and The Echo Project. The Ridgefield Playhouse presents The Tea Leaf Green Band in concert on Tuesday, April 6, 8 p.m. at The Heirloom Arts Theater, 155 Main St., Danbury, CT.
Tea Leaf Green’s signature sound is founded in the classic ‘70s rock era with the addition of their present-day polish. The band explores the depths of their impressive songbook which has earned the respect of their contemporaries including Dave Matthews Band, Trey Anastasio, Gov’t Mule, Bruce Hornsby, John Popper and Sean Lennon. The current lineup of musicians playing with Tea Leaf Green includes Josh Clark on guitar and vocals; Trevor Garrod on keyboards and vocals; Reed Mathis on bass and vocals and Scott Rager on drums/percussion.
