The lineup for this week's Alive@Five event, part of the seven week concert series downtown Stamford, includes the Average White Band, Blue Number Nine and Scarlett Lee Moore.

For the better part of twenty-eight years, the Average White Band has performed sold-out shows around the world, confirming the timeless appeal of its brand of funky soul. Hits include Let's Go Round Again, Pick Up the Pieces, Person to Person, Cut the Cake, Schoolboy Crush, and Queen of My Soul.

Blue Number Nine

Funky, grooving, soulful, moving music... that's Blue Number Nine. It's like a female Tasmanian devil with a flute, fronting a funky, bluesy band whose music is a contagious energizing experience.

Scarlett Lee Moore

International blues, jazz and R&B vocalist/recording artist, Scarlett Lee Moore has opened for and performed with Ray Charles, Rod Stewart and Jose Feliciano.

Alive @ Five is presented by Stamford Town Center and The Advocate/Greenwich Time in partnership with Budweiser, BevMax and Bacardi on the Garden Catering Stage. The event
is produced by the Stamford Downtown Special Services District and the City of Stamford.
