STAMFORD, CT – After nearly 40 years of service, John Anderson has decided to retire from Greenwich Plaza, Inc., a building managed by Albert B. Ashforth, Inc.

John began his career in 1971 at Greenwich Plaza, which is a 315,000 square foot office and retail complex located at the Greenwich Railroad Station in Greenwich, Connecticut and an Ashforth-owned building. He first started on the night cleaning crew, and soon after, he became a porter where he helped meticulously maintain the building and continued to work until retirement.

“You rarely hear of employee staying with a company for 40 years anymore. We commend John and are thankful for his commitment and dedication to our company for all this time. He has always been a valued employee and we wish him the best in his retirement,” said Andrew B. Ashforth, Co-CEO of The Ashforth Company.

Anderson resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, where he has lived for the past 27 years.
