When it comes to pet stars, Stamford Plus and Norwalk Plus magazines are a universe of galaxies!

After the overwhelming success of the special pet section in Stamford Plus magazine, Pet Stars last year, this year it will be published in the Fall 2008 issues of both Stamford Plus and Norwalk Plus magazines.

This year’s sponsor of Pet Stars is the newest pet-related business in Stamford – Camp Bow Wow.

“Camp Bow Wow is an exciting addition to the Stamford pet scene. The fact that the first Connecticut location of this well-known national franchise opened in southern Fairfield County once again validates our area as a pet-lovers capital of our state,” said Naiden Stoyanov, publisher of Pet Stars.

“We are excited to have Camp Bow Wow as a partner and look forward to working together and help make Fairfield County an even better place enjoy our pets,” continued Naiden.

The VIP party of Camp Bow Wow was on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at their location on 581 Hope Street in Stamford. More than a hundred local business men and women and pet owners attended the reception. Among the distinguished guests at the party was the Mayor of Stamford, Dan Malloy, who congratulated the new owners and wished the business a great success.

Camp Bow Wow Premier Doggy Day and Overnight Camps provides local dog owners with an opportunity to leave their canine friends in good and experienced hands while they are at work or on an extended family vacation when they cannot bring their pets along.

Clients of the camp are offered a myriad of options, including a Camper Camp – an internet-linked closed-circuit TV system, accessible by a private login and a password from any internet-enabled computer in the world. Through this system, owners that have left their pets at Camp Bow Wow can see how their canine friends are doing any time of the day.

Spacious overnight cabins and campfire treats are among the other treats that Camp Bow Wow offers their campers for a level of pampering that rivals many high-end human spa’s.
