Cushman & Wakefield appointed as exclusive leasing agent for Soundview Plaza

Cushman & Wakefield today announced its appointment by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation to serve as exclusive leasing agent for Soundview Plaza at 1266 East Main Street in Stamford.

Currently, there are 44,781 square feet available for lease in the 179,260 square-foot Class-A building. The property is well-located and offers the convenience of nearby hotels, shopping and dining, as well as easy access to I-95 and the Stamford Transportation Center.

On-site amenities at Soundview Plaza include covered parking, tenant fitness center, a café with premium food service and excellent dining and area, conference facility, on-premise management, and complimentary shuttle to the Stamford Transportation Center. For companies seeking to build brand awareness, there are property signage opportunities.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Steve Baker, senior director, and associates Brian Scruton and Betcy Vincent serve as the leasing team representing the property owner.
