In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday, we are asking students to explain how they would make Dr. King’s dream come true by ending racism, war and violence. Essays must be 150 words or less. The winners will be announced February 16 and will receive a $25 gift certificate to Borders. Entry forms are available at the Main Library and branches and on the Library’s website, www.fergusonlibrary.org. Forms will also be coming home with all Stamford elementary school students. Submissions must be returned to the South End Branch at 34 Woodland Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902 or faxed to 969-0797 by January 28. Call 351-8280 for more information.
