Hundreds raise a glass to SM&NC at Thirteenth Annual Flights of Fancy Wine Tasting

Stamford, CT - Over 300 people enjoyed more than 40 different wines and the cuisine of 12 different local caterers during Stamford Museum & Nature Center’s13th Flights of Fancy Wine Tasting on Friday, June 4.

“It was a wonderful evening and our incredible family of friends and businesses that surround this institution came together to support us,” said Executive Director Melissa H. Mulrooney of Stamford. “Additionally, we are so grateful to BevMax for donating all profits of wine sales from the evening back to the Museum.”

In addition to BevMax, the Flights of Fancy Wine Tasting is generously sponsored by William and Katherine Aron, Day Pitney LLP, Ernst & Young, F.D. Rich, Fidelity Investments, Howard and Barbara Malloy, O’Connor Davies Munns & Dobbins LLP, Pierson & Smith, Pitney Bowes, Purdue Pharma LP, RBS Sempra Commodities, and June and Rolf Rosenthal. Media sponsors were Moffly Media and 96.7 The Coast.

Featured caterers were A Dash of Salt of Norwalk, BUtterfield 8, David’s Soundview Catering, Frank & Julio Complete Event Planning, and Fratelli Market of Stamford, Illy Coffee, Michael Joseph’s Fine Foods of Darien, and Napa & Co. of Stamford, Rosie of New Canaan, Shelly’s On The River, Susan Kane Catering, Sweet on You, and Tawa Indian Cuisine, all of Stamford.
