Long Ridge Swim and Tennis Club members take the Boot Camp challenge

Stamford, CT - After high demand from Long Ridge Club Members, Colin Walker of Innovative Fitness is teaching his popular and in demand Boot Camp classes. Members are loving the results. There is no quick fix to getting into shape, but this class comes in close. Colin uses a combination of both old school basics and innovative exercises that make you sweat as you lose inches quicker than any other class that you have taken. Among the activities included in his Boot Camp class are: running suicide drills, sit ups, push ups, lunges and planks - all coupled with partner and team building drills. The routine changes with each session and works different muscles every time - promising that you will not be bored. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Colin Walker is a Certified Trainer and seasoned Triathlete.

Classes are held Wednesday and Saturday - 9:30 am-10:30 am- at The Long Ridge Swim and Tennis Club: 2517 Long Ridge Road, Stamford, CT 06903. Telephone: 203-322-7111. Make sure you bring a towel and plenty of water. $20 for members, $30 for non-members.

Classes run through the end of August only at Long Ridge Swim and Tennis Club. After August the class will be running at: Innovative Fitness 73 Crescent Street, Stamford, CT 06906.
