The latest cancer treatments are not always prescribed by doctors. At Stamford Hospital’s Bennett Cancer Center, female patients are learning just that from the “Look Good…Feel Better” program. This free program teaches beauty techniques to women who are actively undergoing cancer treatment, to help them combat the appearance-related side effects of radiation and chemotherapy. The next session of “Look Good…Feel Better” will take place on Wednesday, August 13 from 4 – 6 p.m. at Stamford Hospital’s Bennett Cancer Center Conference Room in Stamford.
