After almost of year of perfecting her menus and staff, Ms. Olshan is prepared to expand the dinner service. Need to unwind after work during the week, searching for the thoughtful date locale or simply tired of eating alone at home? On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, beginning on September 23rd and 24th, from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, enjoy dinner entree at Margot Café and Wine Bar located at Bull’s Head, 59 High Ridge Road in Stamford and you’ll receive a free glass of wine (from our wine list at $6, $7 or $8 per glass). This offer is good until October 29, 2008. Margot Olshan, Chef/Owner of Margot Café and Wine Bar added, “I want to offer expanded dinner hours and Saturday breakfast so my friends and neighbors can have a place where they can relax and be assured of interesting, yet simple food, really good wine with great service and fairly priced.” Trained at the Institute for Culinary Education in New York City, Chef Olshan is a member of the ensemble cast of “Everyday Food,” a PBS cooking show produced by Martha Stewart.
