New addition to the Canaiden media family

Stamford, CT based media company, Canaiden LLC, announced today the launch of the latest addition to its online media network –

The new Web site will focus on providing community news from the Connecticut shoreline region, situated between New Haven and the Rhode Island border.

Since its launch in 2005 the Canaiden Online Media Network has grown to become the largest community-fed news organization in Fairfield County. The addition of in April, 2009 expanded the network’s coverage to include the entire state of Connecticut.

“We are extremely excited about the launch of,” said Naiden Stoyanov, publisher of the group. “The Connecticut shoreline has always been one of our favorite places in our state and it’s a privilege to be able to serve its residents.”

Even before its launch, has been generating large interest among businesses in the state that are looking to expand their services in the area.

Local community organizations, businesses and members can send press releases, events and other public information to for immediate consideration, and, as is with the other web sites on the network, users can post local events on the online calendar system through the built-in self-publishing tool.

The Canaiden Online Media Network operates a growing number of sites, focused primarily on cities in the state of Connecticut., and are among the major Canaiden LLC online media properties. will be managed and updated by the same online team that works on the network’s news sites, lead by Iva Naydenova.

Canaiden LLC also publishes the print publications, Stamford Plus and Norwalk Plus magazines (The Magazine for Stamford and The Magazine for Norwalk).
