Pumpkin Patch weekends offered in October at SM&NC
Stamford Museum & Nature Center’s pumpkin patch will be open each weekend in October from 10 am to 3 pm
Looking for some outdoor family fun in the fall? Stop by Heckscher Farm at Stamford Museum & Nature Center from 10 am and 3 pm on Saturdays or Sundays in October for Pumpkin Patch Weekends!

Bring the whole family for a trip through the Boo Barn, or climb through the hay bale maze. Visit with the animals on the farm and stop by our garden to learn how pumpkins grow. Take a hike though the deciduous forest and see the variety of autumn colors the leaves have to offer. Stop by and meet the newest and most exotic additions to our farm family at Animal Embassy, which will also be open during Pumpkin Patch weekends.

Hay wagon rides, drinks, seasonal pies from Silverman’s Farm, and pumpkins of all shapes and sizes will be available for purchase.

Pumpkin Patch Weekends are open to all ages and is free with gate admission: Members, Free; Non-Members: Adults, $8, Seniors & Students, $6, Children $4, Children 3 & under, Free. Don’t forget to stop in the Bendel Mansion Museum Galleries to see the latest exhibition, Pets in America, which features over 300 pet-related objects illustrating the evolving culture of pet-keeping.
