Stamford Plus magazine Best of Stamford 2008 winners announced online

The list of the first ever Stamford Plus magazine Best of Stamford winners made its premiere online, as planned, on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 after being first announced in the just published Spring issue of Stamford Plus magazine.

Thousands of online ballots were received and counted at during the voting period in the month before the famous Super Tuesday (February 5, 2008). The results yielded victors in 49 different categories, organized in nine groups: food, nightlife, arts, education, health, hospitality, retail, real estate and “more” (for write-in entries).

“The overwhelming success of the first Stamford Plus magazine Best of Stamford awards is a testament to the great interest and brand loyalty of our neighbors to local businesses and their commitment to the community,” said Nayden Stoyanov, publisher of Stamford Plus magazine.
