Farmington, CT - February 16, 2010 - On Saturday February 20th, State Farm Insurance will be named 2010 Corporate Partner of the year by the National Black MBA Association Westchester/Greater Connecticut Chapter. This award recognizes corporate partners who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to support the needs of the organization.

“State Farm Insurance is committed to the mission and vision of NBMBAA-WGC as reflected in the sponsorship of and participation in programs that promote the professional and educational development through relationship management and thought leadership”, stated Michael C. McNeil, President of MBMBAA-WGC .

George Boyce, State Farm agent and Janelle Harbour, State Farm Agency Field Consultant, will accept the award on behalf of State Farm on February 20th at the 2010 Scholarship and Awards Gala to be held in Tarrytown, NY.
