STAMFORD, CT - The Ferguson welcomed three hundred guests into the library May 3 for A Novel Affair, an evening of food, wine and entertainment to benefit the library.
The event honored George B. Harvey, past chairman, president and CEO of Pitney Bowes and former chair of The Ferguson Library Board of Trustees. The evening included a live auction, featuring dinner for six prepared by celebrity chef and Greenwich resident Colman Andrews, who is co-founder and former editor-in-chief of Saveur magazine, restaurant critic for Gourmet magazine, and eight-time recipient of the James Beard Award.
There was also a silent auction and wine tasting hosted by BevMax, and food provided by Barcelona Greenwich, Coromandel, David's Soundview Catering, DiMare Pastry Shop, La Dolce Vita Chocolate & More, Napa & Co., New Wave Seafood, Remo's Brick Oven Pizza, Susan Kane Catering, Tabouli Grill and The Fez.

The library’s children’s room became a jazz venue for ‘Cookie Thomas’ and his band, with café seating and an open bar.
