In order to receive the President’s Council Award, a producer must sell at least 12 insurance policies that generate an annualized premium of at least $6,000. Caisse surpassed this goal, selling 18 policies with a premium of $8,769 in 2007. Caisse has more than 20 years of experience in branch management. As senior branch manager, she oversees Union Savings Bank’s main office and South Main Street branches in Danbury. She is responsible for achieving sales goals in deposit growth while managing the two full-service branches, which have a total of 17 employees. Previously, Caisse served as branch manager of Union Savings Bank’s Newtown branch and as business development officer and branch manager with BankNorth. She earned her Associate’s degree from Naugatuck Valley Community College and graduated from the Connecticut School of Finance & Management in April 2006. The CSFM is a competitive two-year program sponsored by the Connecticut Banking Association for the purpose of providing students — the employees of CT-member banks — with a broad perspective on the banking industry as a whole, as well as instruction on select managerial topics related to banking. Caisse is actively involved in her community. In the past, she has served as a Newtown Chamber of Commerce board member, volunteered to educate 1st graders through the Junior Achievement program, assisted with sales of First Night Danbury buttons and helped coordinate a fundraiser event with AmeriCares. She resides in Woodbury.
