Belray Capital, a real estate investment and management firm based in Greenwich, Conn., has been selected to receive three Home Building Industry (HOBI) Awards from the HBA of Connecticut Inc. for its Beacon Hill of Greenwich town home community. Belray Capital’s Beacon Hill of Greenwich was recognized with the Best Smart Growth Community in Fairfield County, Best Attached Community, and Best Attached Home Over 4,000 Sq. Ft. honors at a ceremony on Tuesday, November 4, 2008.

The HOBI Awards are the most prestigious awards presented in Connecticut for excellence in design, construction, sales and marketing, and financing. Beacon Hill of Greenwich is Belray Capital’s flagship development and a testament to the company’s commitment to outstanding building. As the first guard gated town home community in downtown Greenwich, Beacon Hill of Greenwich was carefully constructed to meet the needs of area residents with thoughtful design and attention to detail.

“It is an honor to receive three awards for our Beacon Hill of Greenwich project,” said Brandon Lacoff, managing partner, Belray Capital. “As a company, we actively pursue projects that better a community.”

Brandon’s partner, Ron Young Jr. went on to say, “Beacon Hill of Greenwich represents a unique opportunity to live in downtown Greenwich and still have the space and sophisticated amenities of luxury living. To be recognized for our concept and craftsmanship is rewarding.”

The town home community features 16 units from 4,000 to 5,000 square feet with wood paneled handicapped-accessible elevators, a full wine cellar, ten foot ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, and concierge services. In addition, the accouterments of the community are complimented by Long Island Sound views and a convenient location in the heart of downtown Greenwich.

Beacon Hill of Greenwich town homes are priced at $3 million and up. To learn more about this award-winning community, contact Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Realtors Kathryn Clauss and Joanne Mancuso. Clauss and Mancuso can be reached at (203) 918-3881 and (203) 667-3887 respectively.
