Bristol Carol Sing Gets City in the Holiday Spirit

BRISTOL, CT - Webster Bank and the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce presented the 62nd Annual Bristol Carol Sing and the 23rd Annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony. About 300 people attended the festive, family event on Tuesday, December 3rd, that was held outside Webster’s Banking Center at 150 Main Street in Bristol, Conn.

Mary Lynn Gagnon, Director of Development and Donor Relations at United Way of Western Central Connecticut served as the emcee for the evening. Featured speakers included Rick O’Brien, regional president at Webster; Jay Sattler, Central Connecticut Chamber; and Councilman Calvin Brown. Soloists Katie Roberge and Brittany Decker performed as did the Bristol Eastern High School Madrigal Singers.

Santa and Mrs. Claus also made a special appearance to the delight of the children in the audience. Webster Bank is approaching its 20th anniversary in Bristol. Webster is a leading regional bank based in Waterbury, Conn., serving businesses and consumers from metro New York to Boston, Mass.
