Medicare Open Enrollment is scheduled early this year between October 15 and December 7, 2012 (the time period to make changes in any of your coverages). Register now at the Norwalk Public Library for a one-on-one session with the C.H.O.I.C.E.S counselor in this Open Enrollment period 10 am to 12 noon each Friday beginning October19 until December 7.
