Stamford, CT - During the month of August, NAGI Jewelers will be celebrating “Christmas in August.” The store is decorated and the elves are ready to bring holiday delight and cheer to Kids In Crisis and their customers in a variety of ways. Special “holiday” sales will be held throughout the month including a Secret Santa Surprise. Customers at check-out will have a chance to randomly choose a “surprise” savings for their purchase ranging from 5 to 25%.

NAGI Jewelers is also raising money for Kids in Crisis through a special Holiday Giving Tree. This Giving Tree helps Kids in Crisis purchase much-needed items for its residents staying in either of its two emergency shelters. People can choose to donate from many items on The Giving Tree which include snow boots, a month of diapers or athletic equipment to one of the many children that Kids In Crisis helps throughout the year.

In addition to selecting items from the Giving Tree, NAGI customers can also bring back-to-school items to contribute to Kids In Crisis. Some of the much needed items include:

• Notebooks - 1,3 & 5 subject
• Binders
• Lined loose-leaf filler paper for the binders
• Pens
• Calculators
• Book bags & Backpacks
• Pocket Folders
• A Few Scientific Calculators
• Scotch Tape

Everyone who makes a contribution to the Giving Tree or brings in items for the Back To School collection will receive special gift certificates towards their next NAGI Jewelry purchase.

“I just love the holiday season and this year we decided to enjoy it twice. What makes this Christmas in August truly special is that we are able to help a wonderful organization like Kids In Crisis and at the same time have a little fun at the same time! Giving back to the community is NAGI Jewelers’ pleasure,” stated Nagi Osta, owner, NAGI Jewelers, 828 High Ridge Road, Stamford, CT.
