Mayor Pedro E. Segarra, members of the City Council and Department Heads will host the second of a series of workshops on the 2012-13 budget on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 6 p.m.
Like the initial meeting held on Feb. 8th, this meeting is designed to openly discuss the City’s budget situation. Wednesday’s meeting, which will be held in the council Chambers, will focus on revenues and expenditures. Ted Carroll of Leadership Greater Hartford will continue to facilitate the workshops.
The event will be broadcast live on Government Cable Access Television Channel 96. The remaining workshops will take place on Thursday March 8, 2012 (Debt Service, Capital and Pension) and Wednesday, March 21, 2012 (Board of Education, Hartford Public Library and Hartford Parking Authority).
