BRIDGEPORT, CT - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers have announced that Philip-Michael Devos has been released from his professional tryout contract (PTO).

Devos signed his PTO on Dec. 28 and played in three games for the Sound Tigers. He had previously played in nine games on a PTO this season for the Syracuse Crunch and 15 games in the ECHL with the Elmira Jackals. Devos will return to Elmira, where he has scored nine points (one goal, eight assists) this season.
The Sound Tigers travel to Manchester for a Friday night game against the Monarchs before returning home to face the Portland Pirates Saturday and the Hartford Wolf Pack Sunday.
