DANBURY, CT - Kristy Gentile, of Oxford, Conn. has been named Community Engagement Director of Doctors Express Urgent Care Center, it was announced by co-owner Tom Kelly. Connecticut’s first Doctor’s Express is scheduled to open in late March at 2 Main Street in Danbury.
Gentile is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health. Prior to joining Doctors Express, she served as the Admissions and Marketing Director at both Danbury Health Care Center and the Birmingham Health Center in Derby, Conn. She also worked at Danbury Hospital as a phlebotomist and at the Danbury Medical Arts Center as a Patient Access Liaison.
“Her passion for healthcare and her understanding of the needs of the community will help us build an awareness of Doctors Express and the benefit we can offer Danbury and its surrounding towns,” Kelly said.
Gentile is an avid kickball player, competing in the World Adult Kickball Association. She enjoys spending time out doors with her Bull Mastiff and is a member of the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce.
