Rep. Molgano awards Stamford dentist

State Representative Michael Molgano presented Dr. Donald Case with Citation from the Connecticut General Assembly Tuesday in honor of Dr. Cases promotion of oral health and making quality dental care accessible to all Stamford residents. The award was given during the Stamford Oral Health Collaborative 2012 Oral Health Champion Award Ceremony at the Stamford Government Center on February 7th, 2012.

In recognition of Dental Awareness Month, the Collaborative presented Dr. Case with the 2012 Oral Health Champion Award to honor his unwavering commitment to providing access to specialty dental attention to students and adults who are in need of treatment. Dr. Case has provided quality dental care in Stamford for the past 35 years.

The Stamford Oral Health Collaborative is a partnership between Family Centers’ School Bases Health Centers, Optimus Health Care, Inc., Community Health Centers, Inc., The City of Stamford and other private oral health providers throughout the city.

Rep. Molgano represents the 144th General Assembly District covering Stamford.
