Derek Mogck
Derek Mogck practices in the areas of construction and business litigation. He is the past co-chair of the Trial Evidence Subcommittee of the American Bar Association and member of the Board of Directors of the University of Hartford Construction Institute. Jill O’Toole is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and the Government Investigations & White Collar Criminal Defense practice groups.
