STAMFORD, CT - Randi Redmond Oster, a patient advocate, discusses the top 10 changes in health care reform that you need to know on Wednesday, January 15 at 2 p.m. in The Ferguson Library’s Third Floor Auditorium, Bedford & Broad Streets, Stamford.
Oster is the author of the upcoming book, Questioning Protocol, a memoir of her journey through the health care system with her chronically ill son. An electrical engineer with GE, Oster left her position to care for her elderly parents and her children. She now works to help others navigate the often confusing terrain of the medical system.
She has completed legal training approved by the state on the Affordable Care Act and Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange, and will discuss issues relating to health care reform and changes in insurance and Medicare.
