Valentine dinner for two in Litchfield

The Litchfield Saltwater Grille will offer a special prix fixe menu on Valentines Day weekend February 12th through 14th for $65 per person to include soup, choice of a raw bar course or appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert. An ala carte menu will also be served. The menu will include fresh fish, steaks, pasta dishes, vegetarian items, raw bar, and more. A vibrant raspberry colored Borscht soup will be featured as well as Escargot for appetizers. Entrees will include: Lamb Lollipops, stuffed filet mignon, and lobster. Sushi chef Albert Clugston will prepare a special Valentines Day Roll as well as sashimi.

Reservations can be made in the cozy fireside lounge, romantic wine loft, or choose from three main dining rooms. The Wine Spectator award winning wine list features 20 wines by the glass and over 350 selections by the bottle. The Grille’s famous Raw Bar will be open all weekend serving fresh Blue Point Oysters, Rhode Island little Neck Clams, Maine Lobster, and Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail.

The Litchfield Saltwater Grille has four large dining rooms, including rooms sponsored by B.R. Cohn Winery and J. Lohr Winery, a wine loft, and a covered patio. Located on Route 202, The Litchfield Saltwater Grille offers guests a sophisticated dining experience.
