Through their community give-back program, Whole Foods Market Danbury will give 5% of the day’s proceeds (open 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.) to The Ridgefield Playhouse for their Arts for Everyone Program on Tuesday, September 17. Whole Foods Market Danbury’s (5C Sugar Hollow Rd., Danbury, CT) 5% Community Giving Day helps support not-for-profit organizations in the community it serves. Through The Ridgefield Playhouse Arts for Everyone Program, children and families from low-income areas, as well as schools and more than 20 non-profit partners, are able to see Playhouse shows free-of-charge. Whole Foods Market Danbury is also supporting the Playhouse by sponsoring Neil Sedaka’s mini gala event on Saturday, October 19, and Chef Robert Irvine’s “Dinner Impossible” on Sunday, November 17.
