The Bridgeport Bluefish are pleased to announce the unveiling of a brand new Bluefish Blimp. This sky high feature of the Ballpark will let fans from all around know that their 2008 Bluefish are playing at Harbor Yard. Fans can purchase tickets on game day at the Box Office which is open from 9 a.m. to the end of the game. The blimp is a reminder to the community and Bluefish fans to come see the players in action and have a fun-filled night at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard.

The 20 foot wide blimp is tethered over the Ballpark down the third base side with a maximum height of 135 ft. Blue and white colors accentuate the Bluefish logo posted on the blimp. Visible from I-95 and all around the city of Bridgeport, the blimp alerts fans passing by that it is game day at Harbor Yard. It is just one of many new additions the Bluefish have made. The Ballpark has been renovated in numerous ways to prepare for the 2008 campaign. The outfield wall has been repainted, the concourse level completely re-surfaced, the outside of the stadium weather-proofed and there is a fresh coat of new paint inside the stadium; the Ballpark at Harbor Yard is looking the best it has in years.

Come on out to the Ballpark during any of our daily promotions featuring Family Nights on Monday and Tuesday with a feature of 4 loge tickets for $20, Wild-Money Wednesday with cash prizes, Thirsty Thursdays by Budweiser, Giveaway Fridays featuring the Tommy John bobble arm doll, Firework Saturdays and Kids Club Sundays.

The Bridgeport Bluefish Professional Baseball Club, a charter team in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, plays its home games at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard, located off Exit 27 of I-95 on the corner of Broad Street and South Frontage Road in Bridgeport. 2008 season tickets, mini-plans and group outings are available by calling 203-345-4800.
