Pilot Pen Tennis to conduct special holiday ticket sale

Pilot Pen Tennis presented by Schick, an Olympus US Open Series, ATP World Tour 250 and Sony Ericsson WTA Tour event set for August 21-29, 2009, at the Connecticut Tennis Center at Yale, will conduct a special holiday advanced ticket sale, it was announced recently by tournament director Anne Worcester.

Tickets, which normally go on sale in June, will be available today through Friday, January 2. The best seats in the house are available including weeklong box seats, middle tier and box seat multi-session packages and individual sessions. Gift cards are also available and can be redeemed for tickets to the 2009 Pilot Pen. In addition, the first 100 people to purchase a minimum of $100 of tickets will receive a special gift.

"Pilot Pen Tennis tickets are a unique gift idea that will leave a lasting memory with friends or family," said Worcester. "Plus, this is a great opportunity for fans to get the best seats for the 2009 Pilot Pen where they can experience world-class tennis and off-court entertainment."

Pilot Pen Tennis presented by Schick, a US Open Series event on the ATP World Tour 250 and Sony Ericsson WTA Tour, will be held August 21-29, 2009 at the Connecticut Tennis Center at Yale. The Pilot Pen is the first ever combined men's and women's summer tournament leading into the US Open.
