STAMFORD, CT - The Stamford Public Education Foundation (SPEF) announced Thursday it has been approved to receive a grant of $25,000 from the Fairfield County Community Foundation (FCCF), continuing SPEF’s success in harnessing community resources to support Stamford’s students.

The grant from FCCF supports SPEF’s middle and high school college, career and workforce development initiatives in the Stamford Public Schools. The program is well aligned with FCCF’s new focus on preparing every young adult in Fairfield County to achieve self-sufficiency by age 24.
