NEW CANAAN, CT - Boulevard 18 Bistro & Wine Bar is thrilled to announce, “Dave & Luciano’s Fish Camp: A New England Seafood Shack,” popping-up at 62 Main Street, New Canaan, September 21st-26th. Offering diners one last taste of summer before autumn begins, Dave & Luciano’s Fish Camp will feature summer favorites including: lobster rolls, fresh and crispy clams & oysters, and Chef David’s award-winning clam chowder.
Taking advantage of Boulevard 18’s close proximity to the sea, the “pop-up” restaurant will spotlight locally sourced clams and oysters, from Norwalk-based, Bloom Brothers. In addition, Chef David Raymer will be showcasing his prize-winning New England clam chowder, once again being served in Fairfield County for the first time in over 10 years. Along with a full menu of New England Fish Shack dishes, the pop-up will feature Boulevard 18 favorites, including the Boulevard Burger, Fried Chicken & the Bouillabaisse with a New England twist.
“Dave & Luciano’s Fish Camp,” will be the first in a series of pop-up concepts Boulevard 18 will be featuring in the coming year. Look out for information regarding upcoming pop-ups throughout the year!
